The Vadodara firm consists of 4 Vadodara based partners, besides a partner from Contractor, Nayak & Kishnadwala, Mumbai. Centrally located at Vadodara, the firm capitalises on the strengths of the Mumbai firm as well as the skills, experience and knowledge of the local partners. The firm handles statutory audit of listed companies and other businesses in Gujarat. It also has in house expertise in direct taxation and project finance. Besides, the firm handles all other areas of professional service in close association with the Mumbai firm.
